Well the new race season starts in less than 2 weeks. It has been a horrible breeding season and I don't have many birds to race. As of this morning I only have 14 young birds to race. Yesterday they road trained from south of Okmulgee and Monday they are going to Henrietta. Wish me luck that I have enough birds left to even race! Annnnd, when I turned on the clock yesterday...I got this stupid message about low battery, have service. I have no time to get it serviced before race season.. Hopefully a friends clock will work and give me time to get it done before old bird season.
As much as I enjoy racing pigeons, my heart is just not in it this year. Too much crap going on to make it a top priority.
