Okay, here it is the first of the month again. Ever since June, I've had to have the plumber out here every month, right around the first for another leak. Hopefully this time it is over for awhile. They replaced all the old pipe under the house from the hot water heater to the kitchen. Hopefully it was $400 well spent.
My youngest DD says, *mom, why don't you just have the whole house re-plumbed and get it over with*. What does she think has been happening ever since we bought this money pit! Hopefully only one more place will have to be done, but that is a $1900 job... One leak at a time.
